The apartment design reflects the wishes and character of the owner: practicality, restraint and conservatism.

The small apartment with a total area of ​​32 m2 has a separate bedroom with a large wardrobe, a kitchen with a sofa and dining area, an entrance hall with a coat rack and a spacious bathroom.

A vintage table and a burgundy sofa by the brick wall became the heart of this design project. The metal bed with Banksy drawings in the bedroom became a logical continuation of the idea of the living room.

The main challenge of this project was to turn a big office space into an apartment hotel on a minimal budget.

The large room had to be divided into several zones: a room for competitions and conferences (which will be used as a hookah smoking room at another time), three separate rooms for small companies and the remaining places for groups of 2–3 people.
